Flow State Fitness is a state-of-the-art facility thoughtfully designed to support clients in achieving their health, fitness, and wellness goals. Located in Denver’s Cherry Creek area, the facility offers a welcoming and private environment for individuals of all fitness levels.

 

The space features a fully equipped weight room and a dedicated movement area, providing everything needed for personalized training sessions, biomechanical assessments, and specialty programs. Whether clients are seeking to enhance their performance, improve mobility, or achieve overall wellness, the facility’s setup ensures a seamless and effective experience.

 

Beyond fitness, Flow State Fitness prioritizes recovery and therapeutic care with a private therapeutic care area. Featuring treatment tables (As of 01/25 we will proudly house a customized Cardon Rehab Skye table, featuring fully adjustable range ability), normatec compression therapy units, and a dedicated Thai floor pad area for traditional eastern bodywork therapies. Each space is tailored to deliver focused, hands-on care, whether it’s for relieving muscle tension, improving flexibility, or addressing specific physical challenges.
